The adults we see in our practice are facing a wide variety of life experiences that come with “adulting”! Most common are challenges with anxiety, relationships, work pressure / work life integration, stress, confidence, emotional regulation and goal setting. We’re a neuroaffirming practice and have many years of experience with supporting adults with autism and ADHD.

How we help

A safe space for clarity, support and positive change.

It’s worthwhile remembering that you are not alone with any challenges you face, and in most cases, chatting with someone neutral (and qualified) is one of the most valuable things you can do for your health and your relationships with others, be it family, friends or colleagues.

If you are not thinking or feeling yourself or feel a little “off” or unsure, we can help with exploring your thought patterns and identifying ways to reframe in a positive direction. Our best advice? Try not to defer or ride out mental health challenges alone. Early support helps enormously with equipping you with the tools for sustained positive mental wellbeing.

Please note couples counselling, disputes and trauma is not something we currently support in our practice and we would be happy to recommend an alternative provider for these types of challenges.
