Reports

Fees apply for letters and reports. A fee estimate will be provided in advance

Medicare Rebates

If you have a referral from your GP as part of a Mental Health Treatment Plan, Medicare will cover part of the cost of your appointment. Effective 1 July 2026, the Medicare rebate is $101.55 per session with a registered psychologist.  A Mental Health Treatment Plan provides eligibility to claim Medicare rebates for up to 10 counselling sessions per calendar year. To be eligible to claim your Medicare rebate, please email your referral and mental health treatment plan to us before your first appointment, and for more information, see our FAQs [FAQs]

NDIS Funding

If you have an NDIS plan and funding, we are able to send invoices to you for payment, or directly to your plan manager to arrange payment. For plan managed funds, please email to us your NDIS reference number, plan, and plan manager contact details.

Payment of Fees

Fees are charged within 24 hours of your appointment via our secure online portal “Halaxy” and using the preferred payment method noted in your Client Intake Form, be it your debit or credit card, meaning there is nothing you need to do after your sessions. When the invoice has been processed by us, you will receive a copy of the receipt by email, ready for you to claim with Medicare, your private health insurer, or NDIS, as relevant.

Assessments

For assessments, such as for ADHD, ASD, cognitive assessments, etc, there are several steps and appointments involved. Please contact us for more information [Contact]

Private Health Insurance Rebates

Depending on your insurer, your private health insurance, such as “extras” cover, may cover a set benefit or percentage of the cost of psychology sessions, and you pay the rest. All insurers are different however, and it’s worthwhile checking with your provider, including details on waiting periods, benefits and limits to claiming.  For more information, contact your insurer directly or see www.privatehealth.gov.au
